- Cancellation before the rental period:a. If you cancel your reservation 48 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up time, you will receive a full refund of the rental cost. To cancel your reservation, please contact our customer service team via phone or email, and provide your reservation number and the reason for cancellation. We will process your refund as soon as possible, and it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
b. If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s rental cost. This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount paid at the time of reservation. To cancel your reservation, please contact our customer service team via phone or email, and provide your reservation number and the reason for cancellation.
- Cancellation during the rental period:a. If you return the rental vehicle earlier than the scheduled return date and time, you will not receive any refund for the unused portion of the rental period. For example, if you rented a car for 7 days, but returned it after 4 days, you will not receive a refund for the remaining 3 days. To return the rental vehicle earlier than the scheduled return date and time, please contact our customer service team via phone or email, and provide the reason for early return.
b. If you fail to show up for your rental reservation without prior notice, you will be charged a no-show fee equivalent to one day’s rental cost. This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount paid at the time of reservation. To avoid the no-show fee, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time if you are unable to pick up the rental vehicle. You can contact our customer service team via phone or email to modify or cancel your reservation.
- Other Terms and Conditions:a. The cancellation policy may vary based on the rental location, type of vehicle, and other factors. Please review the specific terms and conditions of your rental agreement for complete details.
b. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your reservation in case of any unforeseen circumstances, such as vehicle unavailability, weather conditions, or any other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternative options, if available.
c. The refund amount will be calculated based on the total rental cost, excluding any additional fees or charges such as fuel, insurance, or other extras.
d. We do not offer any refunds or compensation for any unused extras or services, such as GPS navigation, baby seats, or additional drivers, if you decide to cancel or modify your reservation after the rental period has started.
